Fun fact, coffee is proven to
chemically make us happy
When we drink coffee, it mimics a neurochemical called Adenosine, preventing us from getting sleep.
When the adenosine receptors are blocked, our body then releases its own stimulants – dopamine and glutamate. These chemicals are responsible for our feel-good experience, making us happy.
Caffeine helps provide
that much needed hug
Studies say that caffeine is an effective anti-depressant and can help in curbing the risk of mental illnesses. With regular consumption of coffee within prescribed limits, your cup of joe can be your best friend in preventing brain inflammation, thanks to the ton of antioxidants loaded in it.
And to anyone who needs it, here's a virtual hug for you!
Coffee makes us
awake, alert, and alive
Caffeine is much needed, especially during that early Monday morning. We need the entirety of our beings to defrost.
This is one of the many reasons why many of us have fallen in head over heels with coffee. From that first sip, we feel energized, alert, and active. Say goodbye to sleepiness and drowsiness with just a cup (or three)!
